Well for the most part, you will get want you order and the staff are very friendly, just not the fastest in town, I will say they are faster then some of the Startbucks.  I have been to this store a number of times and they seemed to have a high turn over in staff, never see the same people working the drive thru.

While I dislike reviewing big chain stores, all my experiences at this place warrant a review. Every time I have been to this location something has been messed up. Two particular instances are what finally got me to make this review. The first being the time I went to pick up a mobile order for a coworker. I arrived and told them what I was picking up, the girl behind the register let me know they had not received any mobile orders. I called my coworker and let her know. She in return sent me a screenshot of the confirmation. I showed it to the cashier and again they let me know they hadn't revived any orders. I asked if I would wait and see it if takes some some to show up on their system as the order was place about 20 minutes ago. The girl apparently in charge of the mobile orders snapped at me and she's been here all day and hadn't received anything and that I was a the wrong location. I read them the address on the screenshot and checked my phones gps but they insisted I was at the wrong location. When I arrived to work, my coworker double checked her order and her gps as well to prove I had gone to the correct location. My coworker headed over to this location to speak with the employees and of course once she arrived her order was ready in the mobile pick up station and no one said a word to her.

The second instance was today when I order two iced lattes and instead was given a hot drink. When I brought it to their attention told them it was OK as long as the second drink was iced instead somehow ended up with a Frappuccino. I stood at the window in hopes of getting anyone's attention but was ignored. After about 20 minutes of waiting finally someone looked up and and condescendingly asked "what else are you waiting for" as if to acknowledge she had seen me standing there but didn't want to help. At this point I had had it and just left. I get this that it was very busy but honestly everyone working there has ridiculously bad customer service skills. As a 20 something year old who has worked many customer service jobs this is place honestly has the worst displays of blatant rudeness I have ever experienced or seen.

So sadly disappointed with Starbucks. There are at least 10 people waiting 20 minutes or longer for their drinks. We've been here for 25 and still nada. And there's. I drinks on the stand waiting. I'm not sure if they are prioritizing drive through or what, but I feel because I didn't go through the drive through I'm being penalized. We mobile ordered 10 minutes before we even got here.

What's the benefit of mobile if the in store and drive through take priority.

It's small and really hard to find a place to park next to it your beater off parking in the Home Depot parking lot. The baristas ate pretty good but there's a big line every time I go and it's hard to find a seat plus it's noisy. Drive Thru busy too

Yeah, this is the worst Starbucks in Reno. I went in for an iced tea, waited around 30 minutes and got nothing. I finally just walked out. Enjoy your $4, guys. You definitely did not deserve it. I understand that there is sometimes a buffer with online orders but multiple people who ordered well after me got their drinks just fine. Do yourself a favor and save your time, money and effort. Disgusted.
